Your entry into the lucky draw constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions in your personal capacity.
All customers who complete the survey will be eligible to win Old Mutual Reward points.
How the draw works
- Customers who complete the survey will be entered into a lucky draw to win Old Mutual Rewards points.
- The rewards points will be allocated to three winners.
- These rewards will be transferred into the winners’ Old Mutual Rewards wallets.
- Winners have to be members of Old Mutual Rewards.

- 1st– 15 000 Old Mutual Rewards points
- 2nd– 10 000 Old Mutual Rewards points
