inQuba Scoops Microsoft ISV Partner of the Year Award (Financial Services Industry Solutions) for Second Year Running

Announced on 28 September, the annual Awards are held annually to recognize and honour South African technology companies which have excelled in delivering Microsoft solutions over Microsoft’s financial year, ending 30 June 2022.
“We are particularly proud to have won this award for the second year in a row,” says inQuba Managing Director Trent Rossini, “because it recognises inQuba’s success as a partner which has developed its own software solution that works seamlessly with the Microsoft ecosystem of products and services.”
inQuba has been working with Microsoft since its inception in 2010. Today, the company is an independent software vendor (ISV) Gold IP Co-Sell partner that runs on Microsoft’s Azure across multiple regions and industry verticals.
inQuba’s Customer Journey Management cloud solution launched on the Microsoft Azure Marketplace in March. This means that Microsoft customers will be able to seamlessly sign up and get started through the Azure Marketplace.
Additionally, says Rossini, “We have a rich integration into Power Automate that allows data to be passed between inQuba and the Microsoft ecosystem. This includes Office 365, Teams and Dynamics. inQuba also offers an open API and pre-built connectors for most existing business tools. This means that businesses can discover their customers’ actual journeys and track their paths from the general web, across the Microsoft ecosystem, and through to other line of business applications and across channels. Businesses can then orchestrate their customers’ journeys by engaging them contextually throughout their journeys, via WhatsApp, Email, SMS and Web dialogues. We’ve seen that understanding and guiding customers’ behaviour can double customer conversion and really improve their experiences.”
“Our best-in-class Customer Experience Management Solution, including Journey Analytics and Journey Orchestration, works seamlessly with the Microsoft ecosystem,” Rossini states, “and we are both honoured and pleased to be recognised as a leader by Microsoft once again.”
“Many of our customers are on a digital transformation journey,” Rossini adds, “and we’ve enjoyed impressive growth in the past year as we’ve supported our customers in this process, especially in financial services, telecommunications and hospitality and where customer retention and experience are top priorities.”
The Microsoft South Africa Partner of the Year Awards acknowledge outstanding successes and innovations by partners in a wide variety of categories, all related to partner competencies, cloud technology, and entrepreneurial spirit.
